Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No.124 of 2017, registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner, the brother of the informant, on asking to repay the loan amount shot fire causing chest injury by firearm.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and petitioner are full brothers, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to money dispute, the only injury on the chest of the informant is a scratch wound caused by hard

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61166 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2 /2 and blunt substance and simple in nature, petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, Sonu Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S.
