The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner abused her and also threatened to get her out. It is submitted that the petitioner is the reporter of daily newspaper Hindustan. The petitioner published news with regard to irregularity and illegality committed by the informant and on being annoyed with reporting the informant lodged this case. From pages 16 and 17 of annexure-2, it would appear that the petitioner got published news with regard to informant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.31458 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Choudhary, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Puraini P.S.
