2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 260 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the victim girl is said to have eloped with the petitioner.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim was in a relationship with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 05.11.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and the period

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20632 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 260 of 2023.
