The petitioner seeks bail in Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-307, 354 & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of assault against all the accused persons but the doctor has found single injury as per postmortem report. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below in connection with the aforesaid case.
