In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.264 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act. Allegation has been made that when the victim girl has attended Sombari Puja at Brahmsthan, three accused persons caught her and the petitioner forcibly put vermilion on her head, as a result of which, her brother went under depression and committed suicide by hanging.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
