Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2016 in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 398 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been rejected by this Court with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now, charges have been framed in this case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VII, Sasaram in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 398 of 2016.
