JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 372 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. The 164 Cr.P.C. statement of one of the victims namely Rekha Kumari has been brought on record, which suggests that the victims were sold for consideration. The victim has named the petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.150 of
