ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2018 in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No.110 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 304B and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the elder brother (Bhaisur) of the deceased lady and the allegation as against him is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial as and when required.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46280 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No.110 of 2017.
