Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 429 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3655 of 2020 (Annexure2).
