It is jointly submitted by representative of appellantcompany and respondent no. 2 (appeared in person) also representing other respondents, who are family members that matter compromised against full and final payment of Rs. 38,00,000/- ( Rupees Thirty Eight Lakh Only). It is agreed by representative of appellant-company that aforesaid amount be paid to respondent no. 1 namely Ranjana Kumari through RTGS/ NTES positively within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) be paid to appellant-insurance company

positively within one week after receiving of payment. In view of aforesaid matter stands disposed of.
