1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the allegation against him is of fraudulently withdrawing an amount of Rs. 20,000/- from a bank account of SBI and crediting the same in the account of one deceased Ramrati Devi by using forged cheque book.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that petitioner is alleged to have been identified committing the occurrence in CCTC., it is further submitted that petitioner is a student and the informant on intervention of well wishers is also not willing to pursue a case as such a compromise has been entered in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24572 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 between the parties which would be evident from Annexure-2. It is also submitted that petitioner is a young boy and in the event, if he is sent to judicial custody for his first mistake his entire carrier would be jeopardized and chances are bright that he may come in contact of hardened criminals.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 480 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. One of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father Ramji Paswan.
