The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 611 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner is of snatching the purse of the informant containing the voter I.D., A.T.M. Cards of PNB, Debit card and Credit Card etc. from different banks.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48391 of 2018 (2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 and he is in custody since 1.11.2017 as the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who opposes the prayer for bail.

In view of the discussions made above, this application is disposed of with direction to the Court below to verify the criminal antecedent of petitioner and if he has no criminal antecedent, he may be released on bail to his own satisfaction.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
