This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023 registered under section 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 80 litre of country made liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2023 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
