2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 239 of 2024 for the offence under sections 109, 351(2), 351(3), 329(4) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act lodged on 14.09.2024 by the informant, Sonu Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while going to his house, fell down and got injured. It is alleged that later, Viru Paswan came with his family members and started beating him. Further, in the midnight, six to seven bullet rounds were filed and he recognized some of them which included this petitioner. This led to the FIR.

5. Considering the allegation that has come against him, coupled with his criminal antecedents, it would be appropriate that he seeks bail.
