The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 154 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
466.92 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Chaur where liquor was being unloaded from a truck. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question from which the illicit liquor was being unloaded. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
