1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For directing the respondent no. 3, 4, 5, and 6 to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner to demolish the poultry farm in order to save environment, nearby cultivable land, drinking water and health of nearby people and to take appropriate legal action against the violators of law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5612 of 2024(2) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 (ii) For directing the respondents 2 to 6 to making inquiry with regard to the illegal construction of a big poultry farm made by the private respondents against the provision of law at Village- North Dhamaun, P.S-Patori, District- Samastipur.

(iii) For directing the respondents to stop further extension of poultry farm in area of about Five Kattha of land at the instance of private respondents Dhirendra Kumar Rai and her wife Anita Devi Ex- Pramukh of Patori Block, Samastipur."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail the liberty already granted vide orde dated 20.06.2023, passed in the earlier writ petition, filed by him i.e. the one bearing CWJC No.15944 of 2022. Liberty so sought is granted.
