This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner and other accused persons have killed the victim lady by pressing her neck. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
