Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 329, 307, 382, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

During occurrence of assault, the petitioner is alleged to have put the pistol at the informant and snatched his gold chain.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2015. The allegation is ornamental one. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61621 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S. Tr. No. 173 of 2017 arising out of Motihari Town Police Station Case No. 178 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
