The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the informant. The informant made filthy allegation that the petitioner forced her to have physical relation. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. The informant made allegation with a view to extracting money from the petitioner. The informant has got two children from her wedlock with the son of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
