The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner being an assistant of the District Board, Siwan, issued a forged rent receipt worth Rs. 15,000/-.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that without verification of signature of the petitioner, accusation has been levelled and the petitioner was suspended for the same charge and suspension has been revoked in pursuance to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in a writ application.

On deposit of the aforesaid amount, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Siwan (Town) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
