The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case no.148 of 2018 dated 20.6.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 380, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that the accused persons came over the land variously arms and the petitioner no.1 has created documents in his favour and tried to grab the land and when she protested, on the order of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19020 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/3 no.1, petitioner nos. 3 and 4 caught hold her and tried to misbehave with her and the petitioner no.6 has threatened on the point of pistol and there is also allegation against the petitioner no.6 that he snatched golden chain and Rs.30,000/- and other accused persons has taken Rs.12,000/-. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute going on between the parties and the case is still pending in the court of Commissioner and due to that the present case has been lodged and the petitioners are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case No.148 of 2018 dated 20.6.2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
