Petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Narhat P. S. Case No.102 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the I.P.C. and Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003. The accusation against the petitioner is that he was illegally consuming electric energy causing loss to the Electricity Department to the tune of Rs.264192/-. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let
