2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 4/8 of POCSO Act and 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that he along with police party raided three hotels and arrested many ladies and gents including the petitioner (Pankaj Singh), who were indulged in immoral trafficking.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is falsely implicated in this case. It

It is further submitted that the petitioner has been arrested by the Police only on the basis of suspicion and his name was added with a girl Kanchan Kumari. It is further submitted that the petitioner is no way concern with Kanchan Kumari. Further, it is submitted that while he was passing through the Buxar Station, the Police arrested him without any fault and reasons. It is submitted that other similarly situated person have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court on different dates (Sonu Kumar in Cr. Misc. No. 15434 of 2023, Rupesh Chouhan in Cr. Misc. No. 17128 of 2023, Jhuni Devi @ Suni Devi in Cr. Misc. No. 10949 of 2023 and Abhishek Kumar in Cr. Misc. No. 11315 of 2023). Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2022, has no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
