2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhubani P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 72.60 grams of Smack from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2024 and he is accused in seven more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery and the
