JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 01-07-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move before the Managing Director, to persuade them that the petitioner can still be appointed on compassionate ground, in view of the observations made by this Court in the order dated 08.03.2002 passed in C.W.J.C No. 11451 of 2000.

Before parting with this much, however, must be made clear that the death of the husband of the petitioner took place in the year 1998, the petitioner now will have no liberty to move this Court again for the same cause of action. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Ranjan/- U
