A show-cause on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos. 4 and 5 is on record and learned State counsel has taken this court to the order vide Memo No. 03 dated 10.01.2023 issued by the District Programme Officer (Secondary Education & Literacy) East Champaran, Motihari. According to which the claim of the petitioner has been negated.
