JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with I.F.Case No. 162 of 2017 registered under Sections 9, 27, 31 and 39 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. It is submitted that petitioners live in the periphery of the reserve forest area and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

However, learned counsel for the State submits that forest officials apprehended the petitioners red handed killing wild pig. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners, at present, is rejected. However, petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge.
