2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):

I) For direction upon the respondent to make correction in date of birth of the petitioner in marksheet of Class 10th (Secondary) as 25.01.2003 in place of 25.01.2005.

II) For direction upon the respondent Authorities to dispose of the representation/application dated 14.09.2020 and 02.12.2022.

III) For grant of any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner has filed representations dated 14.09.2020 and 02.12.2020 in the Office of Regional Officer, C.B.S.E. Patna for correction in date of birth of the petitioner, but till date nothing was done in this regard.

In such view of the matter, this Court deems it fit to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Central Board of Secondary Education along with all supporting documents through proper channel within a period of two weeks and the respondent Authority i.e. Central Board of Secondary Education is well advised to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one week from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.

5. It is made clear that the concerned respondent shall be held liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
