Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 304B and other sections of the I.P.C. Mahendra Rai, the informant, alleged that his daughter Kavita Devi was married with Akhilesh Rai, son of Ram Ishwar Rai but due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, the petitioners killed his daughter and cremated her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the distant relatives of the husband of the deceased and they have no concern in any manner with the family of the deceased.
Having considered the facts that the petitioners are the distant relatives of the husband of the deceased and no specific allegation has been made against them, all the four petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37650 of 2014 (2) dt.24-03-2015 receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No.196 of 2012, subject to condition laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
