JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-11-2022 At the outset, Mr. Rajiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that on account of inadvertence, at the time of online filing, two writ applications have been filed for the same and similar relief and as such he seeks to withdraw the subsequent writ application i.e CWJC No. 8778 of 2021.

Mr. Kumar Kamal Nayan, learned AC to SC - 28 has no objection.

As prayed for, the present writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
