Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2017 in a case of robbery committed by unknown person.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on TI Parade during investigation nor anything has been recovered. Only for the reason of criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the police remanded the petitioner in this case on suspicion. The investigation is closed now and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60474 of 2017 (4) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Akorhi Gola Police Station Case No. 78 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
