The petitioner seeks bail in Digha P.S. Case No.63 of 2020, registered under Sections 420, 419 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Control Act as well as under Section 66D of the I.T. Act.

The petitioner was found using unfair means in the Constable examination. One bluetooth was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 03.02.2020.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than four months, petitioner, namely, Sunil Kumar @ Sumit Kumar is directed to be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19916 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No.63 of 2020.
