2. The petitioner passed her 10th examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (for short the CBSE) in the year 2016. It is her case that CBSE has entered wrong details in the marksheet and certificate issued by it apropos, father's name, mother's name and her date of birth. She was student of VJ International School, Lodipur, Goradih Road in the district of Bhagalpur.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the CBSE, wherein it has been stated that in the light of this Court's

Patna High Court CWJC No.8880 of 2021(3) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 order dated 09.09.2021 an inquiry was conducted under the orders of the CBSE into the petitioner's grievance. A report has been submitted by the Inquiry Committee from which it appears that the petitioner's grievances are correct and the steps are being taken to make necessary corrections in the petitioner's testimonials on the basis of the recommendations made by the Inquiry Committee.

4. Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the CBSE has submitted that it was because of a mistake committed by the school functionaries that the wrong entries were made in the petitioner's testimonials issued by the CBSE.

5. Be that as it may, considering the stand taken in the counter affidavit, this application is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 2 to ensure that revised marksheet and other certificates are issued to the petitioner within one month from today.
