2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(4), 76, 352, 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27(A) of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., the allegation levelled against petitioners and one co-accused is that they entered in the house of informant and started abusing her and also tried to outrage her modesty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. No such occurrence, as alleged in the F.I.R., ever took place. He further submits that prior to the alleged occurrence, the sister of co-accused Chandani Praveen lodged an F.I.R., vide Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 705 of 2024 against son of informant and in retailiation, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Allegation is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 706 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik
