Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to
Patna High Court MJC No.1036 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2021 2/2 inadvertence in the order dated 5.3.2021 passed in CWJC No. 794 of 2021 the designation of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as 'Headmaster' instead of 'Assistant Teacher' and as such prayer has been made for correction in the order. In view of the above, let the designation of the petitioner be read as Assistant Teacher instead of Headmaster, Model Urdu Middle School, Block Sherghati (Gaya) in the order dated 5.3.2021 passed in CWJC No. 794 of 2021. The order dated 5.3.2021 passed in CWJC No. 794 of 2021 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. The other part of the order shall remain intact.
With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
