Heard learned counsel for the State.
This writ application has been preferred for quashing the FIR of Jamui P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016 lodged by respondent no. 2 Aklu Goswami.
The petitioner could not comply the peremptory order dated 07.08.2017 whereby the petitioner was directed to file requisites for sending notices against respondent no. 2 within ten days. In the circumstances, the writ application stood dismissed against respondent no. 2. Without hearing respondent no. 2 no relief can be granted in favour of the petitioner as prayed for.
