JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Staterespondents. The petitioner is informant of Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) Police Station Case No. 418 of 2016. The petitioner has preferred this application for a direction to the respondents to immediately arrest the accused persons of the case and after proper investigation to submit charge sheet.

The State-respondents in their counter affidavit, filed by respondent Nos.5 and 6, have stated that charge sheet has

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.73 of 2017 (3) dt.03-10-2017 P/2 already been submitted against eight accused persons out of sixteen and process for attachment of properties of the remaining eight accused persons, who are absconding, has already been taken by the Investigating Officer and is pending before the Court. The collection of evidence is almost complete. Hence, charge sheet against remaining accused is likely to be filed within two months. Considering the submission of the State-respondents and factual position of this case, as discussed above, this writ application is being disposed of with direction to the respondents to complete the investigation against the remaining accused within eight weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
