The respondent No. 4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner duly taking into consideration the letter dated 28.03.2024 (Annexure-7) as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. In case, the authority comes to a conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, they shall endeavour to pay the amount to the petitioner. In case the authority is of the opinion that the claim of the petitioner needs to be rejected, they shall pass a reasoned order giving the reasons for such rejection.

3. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above direction, the writ application is disposed of.
