2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of the following relief(s):

"for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.5 in particular to take possession of the land appertaining to Khata No.3/97 Khesra No.270/2 Jamabandi No.96 Area 10 Katha 15

Patna High Court CWJC No.4669 of 2026(4) dt.20-07-2026 2/3 Dhur Mauza Charhiya, Bagaha-2 after removing the private respondent therefrom and act in terms of the order dated 31.03.2028 by the S.D.M., Bagaha-2 appointing him as the receiver of the land and further to expedite the unnecessarily dragging proceedings with respect to the said land pending before the state authorities and for all other reliefs the poor petitioner is found entitled to"

3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the Collector, West Champaran and one of the paragraph shows that the matter is pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that they will ensure that the matter is taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. Since lots of water fallen down the ganges, this Court restricts the conclusion of the proceeding to four weeks for the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, he/she shall be taking up the matter on day to day basis if the

6. With aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
