Learned counsel for the petitioner filed this petition for a direction to the learned court below to accept bail bond of the petitioner as the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 14.06.2011, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18444 of 2011, in Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2010, corresponding to S.T. No. 1214 of 2010, but the petitioner could not furnish bail bond as the petitioner was in jail in another case also. The petitioner was granted bail in the aforesaid case and filed bail bond in the present case but the same is not being accepted only because the petitioner furnished bail bond after more than four years. Considering the facts aforesaid, learned court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner in Sessions Trial
