The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P. S. Case No. 32 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that this petitioner with other accused persons had kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that victim girl has given her statement U/s 164 Cr.P.C. which finds mention in para 24 of the case diary wherein, the victim has stated that she had voluntarily went with this petitioner and has performed marriage with him in the temple. She wants to go to her Sasural.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 32 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
