Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner had entered into love marriage with the deceased who was resident of Bangalore. The petitioner brought the victim to his house and thereafter dead body of the victim was found from a well.
The Doctor, who performed postmortem, was of opinion that strangulation was cause of death which was antemortem in nature. The witnesses stated that the petitioner was always quarreling with the deceased.
Petitioner has suppressed his criminal antecedent in para 3 of the bail petition. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the entire facts of this aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Desari Police Station Case No. 298 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
Learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Birendra Kumar, J) Kundan/- U T
