JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-03-2015 By filing this application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks execution of an order passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger on 3.8.2013 in connection with Complaint Case No. 166 of 2013 whereby and whereunder warrant of arrest was issued against the accused named in the complaint.
In my view, the application is thoroughly misconceived. This Court while exercising the writ jurisdiction cannot be

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
