Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.482 of 2017, registered under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that the petitioner is a motorcycle mechanic and he has a motorcycle garage and the so called recovered motorcycle was brought for repairing by one Tinku Kumar who had made the confessional statement leading to recovery, the petitioner has only one criminal antecedent relating to theft and police has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Jaleshwar Rai is directed to be released on bail on
