The petitioner alleges that the respondents are demolishing his house situate over a piece of land validly purchased by him. He is seeking a direction to the respondents to pay to him the compensation amount, if the respondents have any intentions to acquire the land. He has filed representation before Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Patna in this connection, which is at Annexure-4 to the writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9123 of 2021(2) dt.12-08-2021 2/2 Petitioner claims that he had purchased the said land on the basis of registered sale deed executed by power of attorney holder.

Considering the nature of relief, which the petitioner is seeking, which may involve consideration of his title over the land in question, it is not advisable for this Court, exercising power of judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to enter into such disputes. The petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue his remedy before Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Patna or any other appropriate forum if so advised. However, it is directed that let the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Patna consider the petitioner's representation and take a final decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of.
