2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 126, 115(2), 109, 74, 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons assaulted the son of the informant. It is alleged that petitioner along with co-accused Kaushal Kumar assaulted the daughter-in-law of informant and his brother.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that both the parties belong to one family. The injuries to the injured are simple in nature. Petitioner has got no

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties, nature of allegation and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 357 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
