Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 444 of 2013 in which, cognizance has been taken for the offence under Section-498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section-4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner No. 1 is husband whereas; the petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law of the complainant but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the complainant is not wife of the petitioner No. 1 rather she is wife of one, Suresh Rajbanshi and she is mother of four children, which is evident from perusal of Annexures-2 and 4 to the petition.

No.34544 of 2014 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 444 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
