2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to make the payment the arrears of the 3rd Assured Career Progression Scheme (A.C.P.) differences amounting to Rs. 96,306/- with interest @ 18% p.a. from 01.04.2007 to till the date of payment and for other necessary relief/reliefs to which the petitioner be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case at hand."

3. The concerned respondent has not taken any decision on the petitioner's representation in respect of relief sought in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8887 of 2021 dt.04-01-2022 2/2 present petition. Though the petitioner was entitled to A.C.P. as on 01.04.2007, it was extended in the year 2018 and further actual payments have been made in the year 2020. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to arrears of amount on account of grant of 3rd A.C.P. and consequential interest. The same shall be examined by the competent authority and pass a speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to relief sought in the present petition or not? Such exercise shall be undertaken by the concerned respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
