The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the brother of the informant Vidyanand Singh on his head with iron rod. There is counter version being Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014. Vidyanand Singh sustained lacerated wound on his head, C.T. scan was held but the injury was opined to be simple in nature. It is submitted that Pramod Singh got grievous injuries on account of assault made by the side of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is case and counter case and the injured got simple injuries rather

No.29146 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 Pramod Singh brother of the petitioner got grievous injuries, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Bhaskar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
