2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 110, 352, 351(2)(3), 303(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Ved Prakash, alleged that on 13.08.2024 at about 10 AM, while he was returning home on his bike, in the meantime, he was forcibly stopped and brutally assaulted by all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner. Petitioner has got 19 criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of
